With five dedicated designers, we specialize in optimizing material usage, ensuring structural integrity, and maximizing overall efficiency to save valuable time and money as soon as our designers begin working on your project. We asked our EWP Design Manager, Kristen Haase, what makes our EWP design services especially reliable and valuable to our customers? She stated, “We work with the customer to accomplish their project due dates and prioritize a 3-7 business day turnaround time on plans. Each designer follows the same standards for their design to ensure consistency and attention to detail in each layout sent to the customer.”

In addition to our talented design team, we’re proud to have dedicated EWP Specialists serving both our Midwest and Southeast territories. Their mission is to provide hands-on support from start to finish. Our engineered wood is sourced directly from Roseburg’s Chester, SC mill, a facility known for producing top-performing LVL products. What sets LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) apart from its competitor is its exceptional strength, cost-efficiency, and versatility. Unlike other options, LVL is engineered to be stronger all while offering a more budget-friendly solution. It’s also designed to match the depths of standard wall studs including 2×4, 2×6, and 2×8, meaning there is no need for shimming during installation.

We provide efficient delivery that keeps your project on track from start to finish. Access to Inventory

To ensure timely access to what you need, we stock a wide range of Roseburg products including RigidLam® LVL beams, headers, and columns, as well as RFPI® Joists across two yards in our Midwest territory and five yards across the Southeast territory.  When a project requires something beyond our in-stock inventory, we offer quick access to the full product line from Roseburg, ensuring you have everything you need. To help meet the demands of fast-paced construction schedules, we operate on a multiple-times-per-week delivery schedule, with jobsite delivery available in select markets within a defined radius. This frequency not only ensures a steady supply of materials but also provides flexibility to handle last-minute needs.
