This past year brought significant changes, including the addition of new products and the implementation of new technology, and our team rose to the occasion with dedication, adaptability, and impressive results.

Our 2024 award recipients exemplify the commitment and excellence that drive our company forward:

• Building Materials Midwest Representative of the Year: Erik Gertz
  Erik, who has been with Palmer-Donavin for nearly five years, had his best year yet in 2024, achieving growth across multiple areas of the business. His consistent performance and dedication to his customers make him a standout on our team.
• Building Materials Southeast Representative of the Year: Darrell Prevette
  Darrell embraced the changes that came with our recent acquisition and successfully grew his territory by promoting both existing and new products. His resilience and focus have made a significant impact in the Southeast region.
• Door Division Representative of the Year: Nick Smith
  Nick made company history as the first Palmer-Donavin Sales Representative to have won both the Rising Star Award and the Sales Representative of the Year Award. In 2024, he transitioned to a mature territory after a long-standing Representative retired. Despite the challenges, Nick achieved remarkable growth with both legacy and new accounts.
• Rising Star Awards: Drew Verhasselt and Marc Maniaci
  Both Drew and Marc excelled as dual Representatives, selling both Building Materials and Doors. Their ability to thrive in their respective territories highlights their potential as future leaders in the organization.
• Specialist of the Year: Frank Wise
  As one of our Flooring Specialists, Frank supports Northwest Ohio, Northern Indiana, and Michigan. He has done an exceptional job of collaborating with full-line representatives and growing his assigned accounts, making him an invaluable resource for his team and customers.
